Managed and oversaw the complete project execution of the Chinese Hot Pot outlet at One Galle Face Shopping Mall, where Loadship Holdings served as the main construction and engineering partner. Responsible for coordinating the project from initial civil works through to final architectural and interior finishes, ensuring smooth execution from site commencement to final handover. Oversaw site progress, contractor coordination, material approvals, quality inspections, and construction activities including civil modifications, architectural finishes, custom furniture installations, ceiling works, lighting coordination, and complete interior fit-out elements.
