Managed and oversaw the complete project execution of the Janashakthi Insurance PLC Kandy Office, where Loadship Holdings served as the main construction and engineering partner. Coordinated the project from initial civil works through to final architectural and interior finishes, ensuring smooth delivery from site commencement to handover. Oversaw contractor coordination, site progress, material approvals, quality inspections, and construction activities including civil works, architectural finishes, MEP coordination, custom furniture installations, ceiling works, lighting, and complete interior fit-out elements, ensuring the project met the required quality standards and corporate brand identity.
