Managed and oversaw the complete project execution of Moose Clothing retail outlets across Sri Lanka, where Loadship Holdings served as the main construction and engineering partner. Responsible for coordinating projects from initial civil works through to final architectural and interior finishes, ensuring smooth execution from site commencement to final handover. Oversaw site progress, contractor coordination, material approvals, quality inspections, and construction activities including civil modifications, architectural finishes, custom furniture installations, ceiling works, lighting coordination, and other interior fit-out elements.
